Refund Policy:

DESCRIPTION: The refund is a client’s request to receive the amount he has paid for an item or service. RETURN OF MERCHANDISE OR SERVICE On online DJ classes & services: Once a course service is purchased, there are no refunds for any reason. On digital products (classes, music, audio and/or video recordings): As our products are digital, returns are not accepted. Products are non refundable. After School Music Workshops are included in this refund policy.

Physical In-Person Classes & Services are non refundable. All sales are final. 

Any leased or purchased equipment or any items from direct source (Cuts DJ Academy) (Pick A DJ) are non refundable. All sales are final. Refunds must be disputed with lease or finance company directly.

Please note: All enrollments at Cuts DJ Academy are final. Once a student is enrolled and payment is made or agreement is signed or student is added to our Student Portal, there are no refunds under any circumstances — including if a student decides to withdraw, drop out, or discontinue the course for any reason.
